Refund & Cancellation Policy

Assessments and projects

You may cancel before work begins for a full refund. After work begins, fees for work already performed are non-refundable; any prepaid amount for work not yet performed is refunded within 14 days.

Strategy sessions and workshops

Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled date; 50% refund if cancelled 2–6 days before; no refund within 48 hours. Rescheduling once is free.

Monthly advisory

Cancel any time before the next billing date. The current month is not refunded.

Third-party costs

Software licenses, API usage, and subscriptions purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once incurred.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
