Terms of Service

1. Parties
These terms govern services provided by Omnivane Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we"), to the client ("you"). A signed proposal or statement of work controls if it conflicts with these terms.
2. Services
We provide the services described in your proposal. AI tools can produce inaccurate output; you remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for decisions made using them.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and due as stated on the invoice. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Client materials and confidentiality
We use your data only to perform the services and keep it confidential. We do not use your confidential data to train models.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. We retain our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how and grant you a license to use them as part of the deliverables.
6. Third-party platforms
Deliverables may rely on third-party AI platforms subject to their own terms and pricing.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
Wyoming law governs, unless your signed agreement provides otherwise.
